Shipping & Returns


Marchioness is pleased to offer free shipping for most items. For these items, shipping includes postage, handling, insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation by email. USPS is used unless otherwise specified.  

For larger items that require more attention, freight shipping costs can be expected and will be applied on the Basket page during your checkout. Coordination of the shipment will be arranged through a preferred and reputable freight company.

Local Pickups & Arranging Your Own Shipping

For most orders, you can arrange your own shipping or choose to pick up your purchase yourself by selecting Local Pickup in the checkout process.

Once your order is processed, we will contact you to arrange for a pickup, or go over shipping details and timing in order for you to arrange your own shipping.

We recommend the item be inspected, either by you or the carrier when picking it up, to ascertain its condition before it leaves our possession. When the item arrives at its destination, inspect it again to make sure it’s in the same condition as when it left.

If you are using your own carrier, make sure you understand its insurance coverage and policies.


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned undamaged with all packaging included. After 14 days from the delivery date, returns will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, tracking and insurance.  Please note, at this time, Marchioness does not issue store credit.
